Wedding Day Coordinating: $750.00 Package includes: Meeting of the Bride and Groom - this meeting allows the Bride and Groom to meet with their Wedding Planner to discuss the plans that they have already made for their wedding and what they are looking for from the Wedding Planner. Itinerary Creation - allows the Wedding Planner to make up a time line for the day with all the venues and details included. Contact Sheet Creation - Wedding Planner will compile a list of contacts for the wedding day to make sure everything moves smoothly thought the day. One Pre-wedding Meeting - a meeting that occurs one to two weeks before the wedding, allowing the Wedding Planner, Bride and Groom to go over any last minute details for the day. Rehearsal Coordinating - you will have a Wedding Planner on-site to help you through your rehearsal of the big day. Wedding Day Coordinating - have a Wedding Planner on site all day, from sun up to sun down … or even a bit later. The Wedding Planner will take care of the details for the full day. Unlimited email between Clients and Planner – the Bride and Groom may contact their Planner via email whenever they have a question or concern regarding the plans for their big day.
Services NOT included in Wedding Day Coordinating include: Contacting any venues or businesses involved with the wedding. Meeting with venues or businesses involved with the wedding. Decorating time spent on venues for wedding. Undecorating time spent on venues for wedding. Bartending service ($350 value) Mileage @ $0.50/km

Definitions of Services
Budget Development Assisting the client in developing a budget which represents the amount of funding the client has available to spend on the event.
Budget Management Ensuring that all vendors selected by the client are compatible with the size of the clients budget. Tracking all deposits, payments and expenditures made. Keeping the client advised of the status of their budget should any concerns arise.
Vendor Recommendations Providing the client with recommendations for all of the vendors they require. Supplying them with the best match for their event in terms of style, service and price.
Vendor Selection Helping the client chose the vendors that they will need for their event. Contacting the vendors and arranging meetings between them and the client.
Vendor Negotiation & Contract review Helping the client understand and decipher the vendor’s contracts and requirements. Make sure that the client is happy with all contracts before they are signed and a deposit is made.
Planning Schedule Management Supplying the clients with a schedule for their event during the planning process. Recommendations on when tasks should be done and vendors booked. Advising them on the event day itinerary and how to successfully set one up.
Creating a Event day Itinerary Compiling a list of things that have to happen on the day of the event and forming a itinerary for the clients that will allow their event to run smoothly.
Vendor Follow Up and Confirmation Confirming dates and times with all vendors involved with the event. Making sure everyone is on the same page for the event day.
Rehearsal Day/Dinner Coordination Making sure that everything that needs to be accomplished before the event day is done. Arrange venues, decor, or catering that needs to be booked for the event rehearsal.
Accommodation Arrangements Making sure that arrangements have been made for your out of town guests and vendors, or recommending hotels that will suit your guests.
Event Transportation Arranging transportation for the guests that will be attending the event, whether it is for a wedding party or to transport your guests after the reception.
Supervision of Ceremony Set Up Have an event planner on hand to help with organize the set up of your ceremony site.
Supervision of Reception Set Up Having an event planner on hand to help with organizing the set up of your reception/event site. Making sure decorators and other vendors are arriving on time and that nothing has been missed.
Stationary/Invitation Design and Ordering Giving the client stationary and invitation ideas for their event, helping them design, create and if possible order or produce the product.
Gift Registration Guidance Helping the client find the stores that they would like to register for gifts and advice them on what they should register for.
Design and Décor Service Providing the client with the insight to new event décor, trends and advise them on what their event should look like and how to go about achieving their vision.
